Information
Active pauses are short breaks during work and study that help us to improve our attention, thinking, and other cognitive processes through activities that clear the mental clutter in a very effective way. Our bot was designed specifically to help educators find the right pause for their learning environments.

Presenters will salute audience and introduce themselves.
-Introduction (15 minutes)
Presenters will introduce what is an active pause, what are the importance and utility of active pauses, and the reasons that led us to create Active Pause Bot (pandemic and post pandemic experience within learning environments where lack of attention and mental fatigue were constant issues due to large time screen expositions).

Presenters will explain audience, step by step, how to use Active Pause Bot (with any smartphone or tablet attendees may have), the different pauses that exist and how Active Pause Bot cand help them to find the best according to the scenario or context. Finally, they´ll demonstrate not only how to find, but to practice any of the short active pauses of our Bot.
