Text based tools - Brainstorm types of content used in attendee slide content unmute/type in chat 1. Review difference in techniques to achieve the best results search vs prompting a. Search is short, sweet, and specific. b. Prompt is long and detailed. 2. Teach prompt framework for text prompting - Role Task Requirements Output a. Demonstrate prompting b. Give participants short time to try it - participants share output/results on public padlet. B. Slide Layout Tools - quick 1 minute poll - which Tool are you most interested in? (options could include Slidesgo, Canva, Adobe Express, Google or other emerging FREE tools) 1. Demonstrate a tool 2. Review Top 10 presentation design checks - participants guess item based on slide visual (also provided in digital handout) IV. Final Questions, wrap-up (2 minutes)
