Van Robotics, Inc. builds AI-enabled, educational robots to provide highly personalized, standards-aligned, K-5 tutoring in math, reading and soft skills learning. ABii’s state-of-the-art machine learning software addresses two common barriers to learning - inattention and frustration - by engaging and encouraging students, launching brain breaks and redirecting when needed, and aggregating historical performance and attentional data to personalize instruction. Elementary schools (ES) typically use 2-3 ABii centers per classroom to increase personalized instruction and accelerate lagging academic performance. ABii robots are in use across 38 states and 7 countries, were named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2020, and were featured most recently in CNN International’s The Next Frontier: How We'll Learn in 2050.
